Shipments and returns
Your packaged goods shipments
We aim to dispatch all packaged goods orders via physical delivery within 7-10 working days or better after receipt of payment and goods are shipped via recorded delivery system with tracking and arrival with signature provision.
Shipping fees will include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs where applicable. Handling fees are fixed, however transportation fees may vary according to total weight of your shipment. We advise you to combine your items in one order as we cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Returning faulty hardware goods
If your goods are confirmed as faulty within 14 days, we’ll happily exchange it and we may put you in touch with the manufacturer but only if this is the quickest way to get you a replacement. After 14 days, if your goods turn out to be faulty,we will refer you to the manufacturer.
Returning non-faulty hardware goods
The return of goods in full working order for refund or credit is at our discretion within one month of the invoice date (your rights under the Consumer Credit Act will be taken into account). The item or items must be good as new and in the original packaging that came as delivered. Re-stocking fees from between 10% and 50% will be applied, depending on condition of the returned items.
Returning Sealed Software
Returning any software, even if it’s sealed in its original box, is at our discretion and will depend entirely on the individual manufacturer’s policy. For example, some software will automatically be allocated at a non-returnable licence to the end user based on the purchase information, even if it is a boxed product.
Returning Software Delivered Electronically
As there’s no physical packaging, the licence is provided directly to you so has to be treated in the same way as an opened box. Unfortunately, we are unable to take this back and return to developers so please do carefully double check you are purchasing the correct item and your computer hardware is of a suitable specification to run the software
Electronic Software Shipments - "Downloads Only"
For all software purchases as "download only" via the internet, your will receive by email your software license serial code directly to your chosen confirmed email address on file within 4-48 hours by email (Mon Fri 9am-5pm exc. bank holidays and weekends).Any orders placed at weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next available working day.
